Account and access
Users are responsible for maintaining access to their Citastra account and for activity under their workspace.
Paid services
Paid cloud workspaces require an active subscription. Pricing, billing cadence, and plan limits should be confirmed during checkout.
Self-host Community
Self-host Community is for users who run Citastra themselves and bring their own AI provider keys.
Acceptable use
Users may not use Citastra to violate law, compromise systems, infringe rights, or process content they are not authorized to use.
Customer content
Customers retain responsibility for documents, notes, prompts, outputs, and source materials added to their workspace.
Disclaimers
Citastra supports cited document work but does not replace professional judgment, legal review, editorial review, or source verification.
Limitation of liability review note
Production terms should include counsel-reviewed limitation of liability language appropriate for the selling entity and jurisdictions served.
Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, security risk, or material breach of production terms.
