Privacy policy for the Citastra marketing website and cloud service.
Scope
This policy describes how Citastra marketing and product surfaces collect and use information from visitors and customers.
Information collected
We may collect account details, contact information, billing intent details, workspace metadata, support messages, and technical logs needed to operate the service.
How information is used
Information is used to provide Citastra, process paid workspace requests, respond to inquiries, improve reliability, and protect the service.
Service providers
Citastra relies on a small set of providers: hosting on Hetzner Cloud in the EU, payment processing by Paddle, product analytics by PostHog in its EU region, plus email delivery.
Cookies and analytics
Necessary storage supports site preferences. Optional analytics load only after you accept: PostHog, hosted in the EU, counts page views and a small set of product events against a random identifier held in a first-party cookie. There is no session recording, no automatic capture of clicks or form contents, and no email address in any analytics event.
Data retention
Information is retained only as long as needed for product, legal, security, and accounting purposes.
Security
Citastra uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information.
User choices
You can request access, correction, deletion, or export through the contact path where applicable.
